With our reopening we've made safety our number one priority. All guidelines below must be adhered to when participating in our in-person solo, duet, or small group sessions.
Everyone who enters the space must wear a mask fully covering their nose and mouth the entire time
Wash your hands for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer upon entering the space
Maintain social distancing throughout your class and while using common areas
If you feel unwell in any way please do not attend an in-person class
If you have been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for Covid-19 within the past 2 weeks please do not attend an in-person class
All equipment is sanitized at the end of each session.
Minimum Class Requirements
Two people are required for a class to be held. If you are the only one scheduled, to meet the 2-person minimum, you have the option of deducting a second class from your series, purchasing a specially priced "half-off" to Meet the 2-Person Minimum Class" or you may choose not to take the class without penalty. You must, however, show up for your class in order for this policy to take effect. Remember, a solo class is a great opportunity to get personal attention and focus!
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Please read your email confirmation and reservation reminders. All changes of advanced registration must occur prior to 12 hours of the class start time. If you miss the deadline, you may save the class by late cancelling yourself online and purchasing the $15 Late Cancel Fee. This must be done at least 1-hour prior to class start time. There must, however, be 2 other clients registered to preserve the 2-Person Minimum. After the 1-hour deadline, the class is forfeited.
Classes that are scheduled from 6am-7am are not eligible for the $15 Late Cancel Fee.
All clients begin with Level 1 classes regardless of previous experience. Differences exist between private and group classes as well as from studio to studio. In a group setting all clients must be equally familiar with the class choreography and equivalent in physical ability. Moving to the next level requires two teacher recommendations.
Exceptions are made on a case by case basis by Ann Toran, the studio director.
We have a Waitlisting feature when a class is full. If you choose to place yourself on the Waitlist, you will be notified by email when you are added to the class. Once you put yourself on the Waitlist you are obligated to the class if you get in. If at anytime your plans change, you must remove yourself from the Waitlist so as not to be added to the class and thus charged.
There are no refunds given for any reason. Packages may be transferred for a $25 administrative fee. The original expiration date will remain in effect.
Class and Package Expiration
All packages have expiration dates. Extensions may be purchased at $20 per 10 days and are added on the to the existing expiration date.
We do not freeze packages. With submission of a Doctor's letter we will return the purchase to a studio account credit and deduct from that all the classes taken at a prorated value. The balance will remain as a studio credit until such time as the client has permission to participate in physical activity again.
Classes are subject to teacher substitution in case of illness or emergency.
